Is this Saturday, December 10! We will have bargins and deals, clearing out the old to make way for new art, products and goodies coming in 2012. Also I will have ornaments, button and magnet packs, cards and a large variety of print. The emporium is open from 12-8pm


Red Square Cafe Art Reception

So about a week or so ago, after sending my info out after finding a listing requesting artists to show in their cafe. After a lovely discussion, I prepared some art and hung it up.

Since it has been a while since I have had my work up in a public place, I wanted to invited everyone out to a small celebration at the cafe on Wednesday, December 14 from 4-5pm at the Red Square Cafe. I will be hanging out long the far right wall with button packs and door prizes. I will also be taking commission requests. I have four slots for 5x7 ink and watercolors.

Art Study of the Week


And last, but no least, ink study of the week. This was based on a pattern in an Art Nouveau animal motif book I purchase some time ago. I was not able to totally capture the patterns that were created with the leaves and boughs, but I felt i captured the spirit of the piece fairly well.
